Grace Carter is the proud mother of two daughters, aged 5 and 1, and the founder of The Metamorphose Group. With a fierce determination to create a better world for her children, Grace is a passionate campaigner committed to driving meaningful social impact through her work.

At the heart of Grace’s mission is a desire to empower women and families. She is the founder of Aphra, a creative agency that builds brands and campaigns with impact, and Business & Babies, a thriving community that supports entrepreneurial mothers in balancing ambition with parenthood.

Grace also founded The Female Body, a media and events platform tackling gender inequity in healthcare and breaking down the stigma surrounding the female body. Both Business & Babies and The Female Body are aiming to push for legislative change throughout 2025 to create a fairer, more inclusive society.

In January 2025, Grace launched End Parenting Poverty, a campaign dedicated to tackling the financial inequalities faced by parents and ensuring every family has the support they need to thrive.

Through her work and campaigning, Grace is committed to challenging systemic inequalities, amplifying underrepresented voices, and building a future where her daughters – and generations to come – can thrive.
